Associate Creative Director, Brand

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Establish brand architecture across various product lines, marketing campaigns, and communication channels.

• Develop systems for hierarchy, voice, visual guidelines, and their application.

• Oversee the creative team associated with the account and manage a team of two to four designers.

• Define creative direction, evaluate work, provide constructive feedback, and ensure the quality of deliverables.

• Deliver brand narratives and creative concepts to clients effectively.

• Articulate concepts, alternative paths, and strategic reasoning during client calls.

• Manage brand and presentation design, including pitch decks, brand site modules, event materials, and campaign concepts.

• Ensure brand consistency across advertisements, presentations, and trade show displays.

• Foster brand evolution by proactively proposing options.

• Integrate brand systems and advertising outputs with media and creative strategists.

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to uphold broader agency creative standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of seven years of experience in brand design or art direction.

• At least two years of experience leading other designers.

• Portfolio that emphasizes brand systems, architecture, and presentation work.

• Proven experience presenting work to clients and defending creative choices under pressure.

• Ability to craft a compelling brand narrative.

• Proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience working with premium, luxury, or high Average Order Value (AOV) Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands.

• Capable of working effectively in a remote environment, communicating in writing, closing loops, and working independently.
