This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete executive recruiting process for Director, VP, SVP, and C-suite positions.

• Conduct intake, strategy, and alignment sessions to outline success profiles, competencies, and role specifications.

• Create targeted search strategies utilizing industry research, benchmarking, and talent mapping techniques.

• Establish and sustain diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and external collaborations.

• Manage candidate engagement, screening, and assessment through structured interviews and competency-based evaluations.

• Deliver calibrated longlists and slates to hiring teams, incorporating market insights, compensation details, and competitive analysis.

• Ensure an outstanding and confidential candidate experience from initial contact to final offer.

• Collaborate with Total Rewards and executive stakeholders on offer strategies, negotiations, and closure processes.

• Keep search documentation, reporting, scorecards, and compliance updated across applicant tracking and HR technology platforms.

• Promote standardized, auditable recruiting processes and strive for continuous improvement.

• Foster relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance executive hiring practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (to be completed and verified prior to commencement) AND eight (8) years of talent acquisition experience, including five (5) years in leading executive searches (from Director to C-suite), OR High School Diploma/GED AND twelve (12) years of talent acquisition experience, including five (5) years leading executive searches (from Director to C-suite).

• Experience in managing people.

• Minimum of three (3) years in executive sourcing, assessment, and structured interviewing.

• At least three (3) years of experience in negotiating vendor contracts.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status.

• Education and work history must be submitted via resume or application fields.
