Senior Global Compensation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the continuous evaluation and enhancement of global compensation strategies for Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, and Versace.

• Oversee the equity program, which includes processing new grants and maintaining relevant grant documentation and approvals.

• Manage bonus accrual records for corporate bonuses and collaborate with finance to update expected attainment, coordinating year-end payments.

• Handle the processing and distribution of Target Agreement Forms for corporate bonus plans.

• Engage in the administration of the annual merit and variable pay planning processes.

• Complete global annual salary survey submissions and analyze the resulting data.

• Conduct competitive pay benchmarking analyses and perform financial modeling.

• Execute statistical analysis, data modeling, and cost evaluation for global total rewards programs.

• Create charts and graphs for presentations related to compensation, benefits, and HR analytics initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, preferably with a focus on finance, mathematics, or computer science.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation is required.

• Experience in at least one merit cycle is necessary.

• Required expert proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); an Excel test will be administered.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems; Workday is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to manage confidential information with professionalism and escalate issues as needed.
