This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Provide analytical support to Transaction Managers and Brokers involved in transactions for a prominent global client.
• Report directly to the Hiring Manager while overseeing operational and administrative tasks.
• Independently handle complex analytical processes, delivering strategic insights and high-value transaction assistance.
• Conduct advanced financial analysis, including NPV, IRR, cash flow modeling, and lease rate optimization.
• Carry out market research, competitive analysis, and strategic assessments of lease alternatives.
• Oversee financial analyses and documentation of account processes, including KPI documentation and scoring.
• Collaborate with brokerage and client leads to ensure adherence to account processes and templates.
• Address financial model, transaction, and landlord issues in coordination with clients and brokerage team members.
• Track the progress of transactions, acquire timely updates, and resolve delivery challenges.
• Abstract and thoroughly analyze intricate commercial lease documents.
• Establish quality assurance measures for transaction materials.
• Provide support during client transactions.
• Supervise account commission forecasts and invoices; input and analyze data in the internal financial tracking system.
• Act as a liaison between the account team and finance and accounting departments.
• Manage research and market data requests, including preparing the client’s Broker Opinion of Value template.
• Engage in client meetings and conference calls.
• Enhance client transaction management processes.
• Assist with the preparation of routine presentations.
• Extract reports from client data systems, maintain SharePoint project folders, and manage access rights and security for account technology tools.
• Execute other assigned transaction management responsibilities and tasks.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate or a related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven analytical skills, both financial and qualitative.
• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Experience in modeling complex occupancy scenarios.
• Must be a US citizen or lawful permanent resident.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Real estate brokerage or salesperson license is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Customer service-oriented with the capability to build relationships and interact effectively with internal customers and external clients.
