Chargeback Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the chargeback process from start to finish.

• Oversee the comprehensive handling of chargebacks for both issuing and acquiring entities.

• Offer assistance for various transactions.

• Develop, enhance, and continuously improve Payment Operations workflows.

• Proactively communicate with clients, including direct email outreach regarding payment matters.

• Collaborate with payment infrastructure providers to escalate requests and track issue resolution.

• Enhance the delivery of payment services across customer-facing products.

• Handle daily operational requests while identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in chargeback or card operations.

• Experience in a neo-bank, payment service provider (PSP), or fintech setting is advantageous.

• In-depth understanding of the complete payment lifecycle and chargeback processes.

• Proficient in English.

• Possess a startup mentality with a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and crafting effective solutions.

• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating cross-functionally.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions.

• Proficient in Excel and other relevant tools.
