This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Oversee market landscaping and conduct competitive analyses within designated health-sector program areas.
• Create multi-country demand forecasts and perform financial analyses to guide market access strategies.
• Direct research and analysis related to regulatory policies and registration pathways.
• Produce market analyses, reports, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the design and implementation of market-shaping interventions.
• Manage supplier interactions, including site visits, participation in industry conferences, and expert interviews.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, quality systems, and compatibility for partnerships.
• Oversee project execution.
• Collaborate closely with CHAI global team members across various disease programs and LMIC country offices.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.
• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree in public health, biology, economics, finance, political science, engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of full-time work experience in international organizations, the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare, management consulting, financial services, market research, or similar roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
• Strong skills in quantitative analysis, market analysis, and financial analysis.
• Comfortable with Excel-based modeling and producing evidence to support data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style for various audiences.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, encompassing speaking, reading, and writing.
• Capability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, working independently and collaboratively in a small, fast-paced team environment.
• Strong willingness to learn new areas and undertake diverse tasks.
• Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal structural or operational support.
• Familiarity with remote-working settings and productivity in such environments.
• Experience living or working in China.
• Prior experience collaborating with global, cross-cultural teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with international organizations or multinational teams is an advantage.
