Lead Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee one or multiple projects or workstreams.

• Organize and manage the team's workflow from start to finish.

• Offer guidance and direction to consulting teams.

• Balance execution, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

• Analyze and structure business challenges.

• Develop insights and actionable recommendations.

• Create high-quality deliverables and presentations.

• Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Take ownership of and ensure the quality of all deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.

• Proven experience in leading one or more projects or workstreams.

• Strong capability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in structuring and overseeing a team’s workflow from beginning to end.

• Ability to provide effective guidance and direction to consulting teams.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the quality of deliverables.

• Hands-on experience balancing execution, coordination, and stakeholder management.

• Background in consulting, strategy, business transformation, or project-based roles.

• Experience in structuring and analyzing business problems, generating insights and recommendations, preparing high-quality deliverables and presentations, and managing stakeholders.

• Experience in Financial Services or Payments is a plus, though not essential.

• Profiles focused solely on administrative tasks are not suitable.

• Experience should not primarily be administrative, operational, process-oriented, or strictly technical.
