This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Formulate and implement “Sell-To” and “Sell-Through” account strategies to enhance market presence within Original Equipment Manufacturer accounts.
• Utilize Quarterly Business Reviews to illustrate reductions in Total Cost of Ownership and demonstrate sustainability Return on Investment.
• Spearhead the transition of enterprise hardware products, encompassing collection, repair, and reintegration processes.
• Collaborate on Product Lifecycle Management to incorporate recovery services from manufacturing through to the supply chain.
• Work in partnership with internal sales specialists and global technical stakeholders.
• Convert intricate customer challenges into scalable service solutions.
• Influence C-Suite executives and factory-level operations leaders.
• Significant experience in enterprise sales or account management.
• Proficiency in managing complex global Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
• Background in a manufacturing or large-scale hardware distribution setting.
• In-depth knowledge of Information Technology hardware lifecycle processes.
• Strong comprehension of Reverse Logistics, trade-in initiatives, take-back programs, and regional compliance.
• Demonstrated capability to cultivate long-term, consultative relationships with global enterprise clients.
• Skill in navigating rapidly evolving organizational frameworks and intricate supply chain logistics.
• Bachelor’s or University Degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology.
• Master of Business Administration is preferred.
