📋 Description

• Evaluate business processes, procedures, and data to uncover areas for enhancement.

• Examine real property and associated business information from various data sources.

• Create and revise standard operating procedures, process documentation, reports, and user manuals.

• Assist in data validation, reconciliation, and quality assessments.

• Analyze data structures and information models to enhance organization and accessibility.

• Generate reports, presentations, metrics, and recommendations for management.

• Collaborate with analysts, GIS professionals, technical teams, and client stakeholders.

• Aid in data management, real property, and business process enhancement initiatives.

• Partner with project teams and client stakeholders to evaluate processes, analyze information, develop documentation, and pinpoint improvements in business operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, GIS, Management, or a related discipline.

• Background in management analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or process enhancement.

• Experience with databases, spreadsheets, and structured business information.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in preparing clear written reports, procedures, and presentations.

• Capability to meet relevant client access requirements.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting real property, facilities, GIS, or asset management programs.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS or other GIS applications.

• Preferred: Experience in government or large enterprise environments.

• Preferred: Understanding of data quality, metadata, or data management standards.

• Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods, type and read from a computer screen, and perform bending, reaching, kneeling, and potentially lift up to 25 lbs.
