GIS, Real Property Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business processes, procedures, and workflows.

• Gather, organize, validate, and analyze business and program data.

• Support data quality assessments and reconciliation efforts.

• Create and refine procedures, reports, process documentation, and briefing materials.

• Examine information from spreadsheets, databases, and other business systems.

• Monitor project actions, milestones, issues, and deliverables.

• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports, charts, and management summaries.

• Collaborate with analysts, GIS personnel, technical teams, and client stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, GIS, or a similar field.

• Background in management analysis, business analysis, program analysis, or a related position.

• Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and business information.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication proficiency.

• Ability to produce clear reports and business documentation.

• Capability to fulfill applicable client access requirements.

• Preferred: Background in supporting real property, facilities, GIS, or asset management programs.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS or other GIS applications.

• Preferred: Experience in process improvement or data quality initiatives.

• Preferred: Experience in preparing management reports, metrics, or presentations.

• Preferred: Experience collaborating with government or large enterprise clients.

• Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, type, read from a computer screen, bend, reach, kneel, walk moderate to long distances when necessary, and potentially lift up to 25 lbs.
