Senior Game Producer – RNG, Instant-Win Games

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Transform working prototypes into fully operational, revenue-generating games for both regulated and cryptocurrency operators.

• Create comprehensive Game Design Documents that encompass core loops, odds, user interface, art, and audio elements.

• Collaborate with mathematicians to establish house edge, volatility, and conduct simulations.

• Oversee RNG certifications, including GLI-19, BMM, and eCOGRA.

• Manage the distribution across platforms.

• Direct post-launch operations based on Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) and margin analytics.

• Utilize Claude, Codex, and Gemini to enhance specifications, mathematical modeling, and prototyping processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the iGaming industry.

• Demonstrated success in launching live gaming titles.

• Expertise in instant-win games, virtual sports, or fixed-odds formats compared to traditional slot machines.

• Proficient in analyzing payout distributions.

• Capability to engage in technical discussions regarding settlement logic.

• Skillful in identifying flawed economic models.

• Regular utilization of AI tools with specific daily workflows to share with the team.

• Experience with provably fair mechanics or launching crypto casino games (bonus points).

• Possession of live certified titles in jurisdictions such as MGA, UKGC, Ontario, or Curaçao (bonus points).

• Previous experience with aggregators such as SoftSwiss, Hub88, or Fusion (bonus points).
