Coordinating Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Coordinate, manage, and produce video and print marketing narratives across Europe and Eurasia

• Develop engaging multimedia content from the initial idea to final execution

• Collaborate closely with producers and the Global Video team

• Create refined post-production video content

• Define key deliverables and assist with daily media operations

• Ensure efficient and impactful storytelling processes throughout the region

• Support ministry initiatives and contribute to Operation Blessing’s Biblical mission

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in all facets of video production, including script-writing, interviewing, videography, lighting, audio techniques, and editing

• Familiarity with production in remote or challenging environments

• Professional-level photography skills, encompassing composition, lighting, and editing of large raw photo files

• Leadership skills to guide, train, and inspire international video production teams

• Proficient computer skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, video conversions, and streaming

• Working knowledge of contemporary image-capture devices, lenses, and technical advancements, including Sony, Canon, and Nikon

• Comprehensive understanding of post-production workflows and industry best practices

• Strong storytelling capabilities with the ability to convert narratives into engaging scripts and visuals

• Understanding of fundraising and marketing principles

• Superior oral and written communication abilities

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a creative, integrated media team

• Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural work environment

• Self-driven and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and last-minute requests

• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory

• Willingness to travel internationally, potentially on short notice and in challenging conditions

• Bilingual candidates are preferred
