Executive Producer, Command Centers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.

📋 Description

• Oversee all active Creator Command Centers from initiation to final reporting.

• Conduct engagements to define scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.

• Manage high-pressure situations, client escalations, and rapidly evolving news.

• Act as the senior client partner for key engagements.

• Recruit, manage, and develop Strategy Directors.

• Staff command centers with designers, project managers, and production personnel.

• Oversee partner agencies, creator networks, and vendors.

• Develop and enhance the command center model, including scoping, onboarding, workflows, and reporting.

• Transform results into case studies and proposals with the Senior Program Director.

• Integrate audience research and performance data into engagement planning and assessment.

• Collaborate with the Head of NewWorld Strategies, Senior Program Director, and Research & Insights team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic communications, campaigns, or client leadership.

• Proven ability to lead multiple engagements and teams simultaneously.

• Demonstrated history of managing high-pressure, fast-paced communications or campaign efforts for mission-driven organizations.

• Experience overseeing strategists or engagement leads across several concurrent projects.

• Senior client leadership expertise is essential.

• Proficiency in creator ecosystems and platform-native content.

• Strong understanding of scopes, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.

• Experience in establishing a repeatable service model or practice.

• Background in a fast-paced consultancy, agency, or media organization.
