Senior Functional Consultant – Oracle Cloud HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the comprehensive solution design for the Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR module, ensuring seamless integration with external systems.

• Facilitate Design/Blueprinting workshops with key stakeholders to capture business requirements, highlight gaps, and recommend HR process solutions.

• Execute module configuration and convert functional requirements into system specifications.

• Establish the functional architecture for data migration (HDL), extractions (HCM Extracts), and integrations (OIC) alongside the technical team.

• Assist in testing strategies, encompassing SIT and UAT.

• Aid in Cutover planning, Go-Live, and Hypercare initiatives.

• Mentor and guide functional analysts and junior consultants, sharing expertise and fostering best practices.

• Assess Oracle's quarterly releases and suggest the adoption of new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in HR technology projects, with a minimum of 5 years specifically dedicated to the Oracle Cloud HCM suite.

• Active involvement in at least 3 full lifecycle (End-to-End) Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects, serving as the functional lead for the module.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, HR Management, or a related discipline.

• Official and current Oracle certifications are highly preferred, such as Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Implementation Professional or specific module certifications.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities with executives, including C-Level and HR Directors.

• Analytical mindset and a systemic perspective.

• Extensive practical knowledge of Global Core HR.

• Architectural comprehension and practical application of Fast Formulas, VBCS, Approval Management (BPM), Security Profiles, and AI.

• Familiarity with reporting architecture, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and FDI.

• Knowledge of data loading and extraction tools, such as HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and Spreadsheet Data Loader.

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Acquaintance with official Oracle implementation methodologies, including TCE/OUM.

• Proficient/fluent in English for technical reading and communication with global teams or vendors, as applicable to the organization.
