Senior Functional Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in technology solutions related to data and transactional products, acting as the liaison between business and technology.

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify needs, establish requirements, and prioritize requests.

• Support the digital product lifecycle from conception to maintenance, ensuring strategic alignment and compliance with business objectives.

• Create business rules and formulate user stories, acceptance criteria, and user flows.

• Present findings and updates to stakeholders and leadership in an executive format.

• Lead Agile ceremonies, working in close collaboration with technology teams and end users.

• Establish and monitor product KPIs and metrics, promoting ongoing improvement and contributing to the enhancement of data and product governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent higher education qualification.

• Significant experience in digital product management or product analysis involving technology interfaces.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or comparable frameworks.

• Capability to translate business rules into clear functional requirements for development and IT teams.

• Knowledge of Salesforce.

• Understanding of programming or query languages such as SQL, Python, or similar technologies.

• Comprehension of systems architecture and integrations, including APIs and data flows.

• Strong user empathy.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

• Active participation in collaboration with product and technology teams.

• Proactive mindset toward identifying issues and enhancing usability.

• Systems thinking with a focus on delivering measurable value to users.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
