Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

• Design, create, and sustain fullstack software solutions utilizing data analytics and artificial intelligence.

• Address intricate client challenges with precise and innovative technological solutions.

• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to convert business requirements into scalable and high-performing systems.

• Advocate for clean architecture, performance enhancement, strong coding standards, reliability, maintainability, and scalability.

• Engage in design reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.

• Produce production-ready software that meets or surpasses expectations.

• Investigate and incorporate emerging technologies to foster continuous innovation.

• Collaborate with industry specialists and a high-performing UAE-based team on platforms driven by AI and data analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in developing and maintaining scalable fullstack applications.

• Proficient in Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, React/Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.

• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system design.

• Capability to architect, develop, and deliver comprehensive software solutions from start to finish.

• In-depth knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, SOLID, DDD, and clean architecture.

• Strong emphasis on maintainable, testable, and efficient code.

• Practical experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Experience in establishing CI/CD pipelines and implementing DevOps practices.

• Familiarity with data analytics and AI integration concepts.

• Ability to design and create data-driven products using contemporary ML or analytics frameworks.

• Comfortable operating in Agile environments.

• Proven history of taking ownership, driving initiatives, and mentoring junior developers.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

• Bonus: experience with microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and event-driven systems.
