Senior Fullstack Engineer, Vue/Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Create features across the complete stack utilizing Vue 3, TypeScript, Python, and Django.

• Develop and manage REST APIs through the Django REST Framework.

• Engage with business logic, data modeling, and background processing systems.

• Design and enhance database schemas and queries.

• Connect the product with external services and third-party APIs.

• Advance and refine AI-driven product capabilities, encompassing LLM-based features, AI agents, retrieval, and evaluation.

• Employ AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar solutions in daily development activities.

• Write and maintain automated tests using pytest, Vitest, and Playwright.

• Take ownership of features from implementation through to delivery.

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software development.

• Robust hands-on experience with Python and Django.

• More than 3 years of commercial experience with Vue.js and TypeScript.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.

• Solid background in PostgreSQL, including database design, query optimization, and migrations.

• Experience with background processing and distributed systems.

• Practical experience in developing AI-powered features or products using LLMs, agents, retrieval/RAG, evaluation, or related technologies.

• Daily engagement with AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with complex systems, third-party integrations, and real-world data.

• Good grasp of UI/UX principles with the ability to create user-friendly interfaces.

• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to work autonomously.

• Proficient in English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or above.
