This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create scalable and high-performance web applications utilizing ReactJS and .NET Core.
• Develop efficient, reusable, and dependable front-end and back-end code.
• Construct responsive user interfaces using ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and SASS/Less.
• Implement state management solutions like Redux or MobX.
• Design and develop robust APIs with C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
• Work with both relational and NoSQL databases such as MSSQL.
• Ensure software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot critical issues.
• Engage in Agile development methodologies.
• Maintain version control using Git.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Contribute to a healthcare web application aimed at enhancing patient access to treatments and expediting healthcare insurance approval processes.
• Report to Zahir Hussein.
• Over 5 years of full-stack engineering experience with a proven track record of managing complex, end-to-end applications.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and SASS/Less.
• Strong understanding of contemporary JavaScript tooling and state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or similar).
• Expert-level skills in C#, .NET, and .NET Core, including the design and development of Web APIs and MVC architecture.
• Extensive experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core (EF Core), advanced LINQ, and Dependency Injection (DI).
• Familiarity with SignalR, Blazor, and Razor Pages.
• In-depth knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Microservices.
• Proven experience with CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture, and message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Azure Service Bus.
• Strong comprehension of performance optimization, caching strategies, and monitoring tools including Redis, MemoryCache, Application Insights, and New Relic.
• Extensive experience with cloud environments; Azure is highly preferred, with AWS or Google Cloud being secondary.
• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), Azure Functions, App Services, and related cloud-native capabilities.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of API security, identity, and authorization protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT Authentication, and OWASP best practices.
• Hands-on experience with unit and integration testing tools and frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, Selenium, and Cypress.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and advocate for software design patterns.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience working effectively in Agile teams.
• Nice to have: familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep templates.
