Senior Fullstack Engineer, GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop new functionalities in the CRM utilizing Next.js

• Create automations within the workflow automation platform leveraging FastAPI and Inngest

• Collaborate with teams to comprehend workflows and devise solutions for automation and enhancement

• Design agentic solutions for enrichment, task automation, and related applications

• Contribute innovative ideas that influence internal product development

• Take ownership of features from their planning and execution through to monitoring and refinement

• Engage across the entire stack to facilitate sales, marketing, onboarding, and support processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in web development

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript

• Extensive experience with modern SPA frameworks like React, Next.js (preferred), or Vue.js

• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Inngest, Temporal, Prefect, Airflow, etc.

• Proficient in utilizing and managing agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc. for feature development and code reviews

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, rapid iteration, and taking responsibility for outcomes

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Capability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders

• Solid product and design sensibility

• Experience in a startup environment (a plus)

• Familiarity with GTM processes like enrichment and lead distribution (a plus)
