Senior FullStack Engineer, Frontend-focused, Retail Media/AdTech Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive end-to-end experiences across campaign management, advertiser self-service, reporting, and various AdTech products.

• Develop intricate web applications utilizing React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Build functionalities for reporting, asset management, permissions, audience segments, and advertiser workflows.

• Construct backend services and integrations using Node.js and TypeScript.

• Engage with APIs, MongoDB, Redis, and asynchronous workflows.

• Take ownership of features from the stages of technical discovery and solution design through to implementation, testing, rollout, and production support.

• Contribute to the architecture and engineering practices as the Retail Media platform and organization expand.

• Collaborate effectively with Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, the Retail Media business team, and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid commercial experience with React and TypeScript in developing complex production web applications.

• Practical experience with Node.js or similar backend technologies.

• Proficiency in designing and integrating APIs and services.

• Capability to work seamlessly across the frontend/backend boundary and take ownership of complete product features.

• Experience in closely collaborating with Product, UX, and Engineering teams.

• Familiarity with Retail Media, AdTech, e-commerce, marketplaces, or B2B self-service platforms is a plus.

• Experience with cloud-native and distributed systems is an advantage.
