Senior FullStack Engineer, Frontend-focused, Retail Media/AdTech Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance the Retail Media platform.

• Create comprehensive experiences across campaign management, advertiser self-service, reporting, and other AdTech products.

• Develop intricate web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Build reporting, asset management, permissions, audience segments, and advertiser workflows.

• Create backend services and integrations using Node.js and TypeScript.

• Work with APIs, MongoDB, Redis, and asynchronous workflows.

• Take ownership of features from technical discovery and solution design through implementation, testing, rollout, and production support.

• Contribute to architecture and engineering practices as the platform and organization expand.

• Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, the Retail Media business team, and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant commercial experience with React and TypeScript, focusing on building complex production web applications.

• Practical experience with Node.js or similar backend technologies.

• Proficient in designing and integrating APIs and services.

• Comfortable navigating the frontend/backend divide.

• Experience in taking ownership of complete product features.

• Background in fast-paced product environments.

• Proven experience collaborating with Product, UX, and engineering teams.

• Familiarity with Retail Media, AdTech, e-commerce, marketplaces, or B2B self-service platforms is a plus.

• Experience with cloud-native and distributed systems is a plus.
