Senior Fullstack Engineer – Case Execution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take charge of backend development related to eligibility, batching, submissions, operational workflows, and claim orchestration.

• Address intricate, data-centric backend challenges that involve eligibility and batching decision-making processes.

• Develop and enhance workflow orchestration systems that stage, route, and manage cases from start to finish.

• Work in collaboration with the Integrations team, Case Strategy team, and engineering and product partners.

• Contribute to tools and user interfaces aimed at internal operations when necessary.

• Navigate complex eligibility and batching frameworks, making informed decisions in uncertain technical scenarios.

• Manage workflow-intensive backend systems from beginning to end.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in full-stack software engineering with a primary focus on backend development.

• Solid engineering principles with practical experience in creating data-intensive, workflow-driven systems.

• Background in handling complex, data-informed decision logic or orchestration challenges.

• Familiarity with contributing to modern applications built on React.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced startup setting.

• Proficient in Python and capable of effectively operating within a Python-centered backend environment.

• Self-motivated and proactive in approach.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across various teams.
