Senior Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Create cross-platform applications aimed at automating network optimization, monitoring performance, and conducting data analysis and visualization.

• Develop back-end solutions utilizing Python with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Pandas, and NumPy.

• Engage with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Architect efficient microservices and distributed system frameworks using technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Linux, and AWS.

• Build modern front-end components with TypeScript and ReactJS.

• Implement responsive and accessible designs using TailwindCSS.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance and expedite full-stack code creation.

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary, multivendor, and multicustomer environment.

• Contribute to projects for leading wireless operators in Spain and throughout Europe.

• Operate within virtualized and cloud-based infrastructures, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Suggest new tools, frameworks, or methodologies to enhance application performance.

• Promptly review, validate, and take responsibility for AI-generated code that is deployed into production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in software development.

• Robust back-end development expertise with Python, FastAPI, Flask, Pandas, and NumPy.

• Extensive experience in designing and integrating REST APIs, focusing on API contracts, authentication, and service-to-service communication.

• Background in developing distributed, event-driven applications utilizing Kafka, asynchronous processing, and microservice architectures.

• Proficiency in TypeScript and experience in creating front-end applications with React.

• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools across the entire stack.

• Awareness of application monitoring, structured logging, metrics, and distributed tracing in cloud-native settings.

• Experience with unit, integration, end-to-end, and API contract testing.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both spoken and written.

• Familiarity with mobile network KPIs, alarms, OSS concepts, and 4G/5G network data structures is a plus.
