Senior Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Enhance and automate manual processes and workflows to boost the efficiency and accuracy of the authentication team.

• Create internal dashboards, customer support tools, policy tracking systems, custom search interfaces, machine-learning output platforms, account management systems, data annotation tools, and internal training resources.

• Design secure, adaptable, and scalable systems utilizing modern design principles and efficient workflows.

• Contribute dependable code throughout all stages of the development lifecycle and collaborate on product specifications and operational feasibility.

• Identify initiatives to minimize technical debt and enhance the maintainability of the codebase.

• Balance effective coding practices with the rapid delivery of customer value.

• Produce thoroughly tested, extensible code capable of managing current and future demands.

• Share knowledge, mentor team members, and collaborate with a distributed team across multiple time zones.

• Guide contributions through peer review, testing, deployment, and monitoring in production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generalist experience with web applications, backend services, and databases.

• Over 6 years of experience in backend Python and frontend development.

• Experience in developing front-end websites or tools utilizing modern SPA frameworks such as Vue or React.

• Familiarity with databases like Postgres and NoSQL.

• Proven experience leading various technical projects.

• Previous experience in a startup-like environment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team that is distributed across different time zones.
