Senior Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of feature delivery from start to finish, encompassing frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.

• Lead the technical direction and architecture while actively contributing hands-on.

• Create workplace solutions that include desk booking, room scheduling, visitor management, analytics, and interactive floor plans.

• Design and oversee integrations with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, and Stripe.

• Manage and enhance GCP infrastructure, focusing on deployments, monitoring, performance, security, and reliability.

• Update an established enterprise platform while ensuring customer-facing reliability remains intact.

• Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions efficiently.

• Establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and expand the team as hiring progresses.

• Assume broad ownership of the platform and autonomously enhance systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in developing production SaaS applications.

• Extensive experience with React and TypeScript.

• Significant expertise in Node.js.

• Working proficiency in Python and Django.

• Experience in building and managing multi-tenant SaaS in production using MySQL or a similar relational database.

• Strong foundation in secure API design.

• Experience managing production cloud infrastructure; GCP experience is preferred, though AWS or Azure experience is applicable.

• Proven track record of handling production incidents from alert to resolution.

• Hands-on experience across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and customer interactions.

• Experience integrating LLMs or AI functionalities into production applications.

• Proficient in English, with a minimum level of C1.

• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Google Workspace APIs, Microsoft Graph, or other enterprise collaboration platforms.

• Nice-to-have: Background in enterprise scheduling, workplace management, or facilities software.

• Nice-to-have: Experience in a startup or early-stage company.
