Senior Fullstack Developer, Java/Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• Engage in the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements and define technical solutions.

• Design and develop new application modules and solutions based on microservices architecture.

• Develop and maintain both backend and frontend components utilizing modern technologies and frameworks.

• Create and execute test cases to ensure software quality and reliability.

• Participate in CI/CD processes, deployments, and support activities in production.

• Diagnose and resolve incidents, performance bottlenecks, and application issues.

• Contribute to architectural discussions, technical decisions, and promote best engineering practices.

• Efficiently use repositories, DevOps pipelines, and various software development tools.

• Advocate for clean code, maintainability, observability, and security best practices.

• Mentor junior developers and foster a robust engineering culture.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools throughout the software development lifecycle to enhance productivity, quality, and delivery speed.

• Implement AI-driven techniques for code generation and refactoring, automated documentation, test generation and validation, debugging and root cause analysis, code reviews, quality enhancements, SDLC automation, and optimization of developer productivity.

• Understand and apply the appropriate use of LLMs in software engineering workflows.

• Collaborate on the adoption of AI engineering best practices, governance, and secure usage of AI tools in enterprise settings.

• Stay informed about emerging trends, frameworks, and development accelerators in AI engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Developer, preferably with a backend focus.

• Proficiency in Spanish and English at a C1 level.

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate / JPA.

• Experience with Angular, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript / TypeScript.

• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL technologies, including Oracle and PostgreSQL.

• Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs.

• Proficient in Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows.

• Experience working with Microservices Architecture.

• Knowledge of Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as SCRUM.

• Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and OpenShift.

• Practical experience using AI-powered development tools in real software engineering workflows.

• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted development practices.

• Experience in integrating AI into engineering processes and delivery pipelines.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.

• A passion for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.

• Nice to have: experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems.

• Nice to have: experience with Kubernetes.

• Nice to have: experience with automated testing frameworks.

• Nice to have: exposure to AI/ML platforms or GenAI integrations in enterprise applications.
