Senior Fullstack Developer, C#/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop the new ShareGate Migrate web application.

• Deliver full-stack features that meet quality, performance, and user experience standards.

• Make informed technical decisions regarding libraries, API patterns, code organization, and testing strategies.

• Convert user requirements into tangible experiences in collaboration with Product and Design teams.

• Seamlessly integrate Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, and MSAL in a secure and reliable manner.

• Identify potential technical risks and propose effective solutions.

• Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to team members.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot.

• Create reusable technical frameworks and foundations that can scale effectively.

• Enhance ShareGate migration capabilities for sites, identities, and content within a web-based interface.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in software development, preferably in a product-focused setting.

• Proficient in frontend development using React (TypeScript).

• Experience in backend development with C# / .NET.

• Proven ability to apply strong technical judgement in a product context.

• Experience working alongside product and design teams to provide high-quality user experiences.

• Familiarity with using AI tools in everyday software development.

• Clear and direct communicator capable of constructively challenging product decisions.

• Experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) is a plus.
