
Senior Fullstack Developer, C#/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop the new ShareGate Migrate web application from the ground up
• Deliver full-stack features that adhere to quality, performance, and user experience standards
• Influence technical decisions regarding libraries, API architectures, code organization, and testing strategies
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to convert user requirements into implemented experiences
• Securely and reliably integrate Microsoft APIs for migration and authentication processes
• Identify potential technical risks and propose effective solutions
• Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to team members
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot
• Create reusable technical patterns to streamline future feature development
• Transform ShareGate's migration capabilities into a comprehensive web-based experience
• 5–10 years of experience in software development, preferably in a product-focused environment
• Strong expertise in frontend development using React (TypeScript)
• Proficient in backend development with C# / .NET
• Proven ability to apply strong technical judgment within a product framework
• Experience working alongside product and design teams to create high-quality user experiences
• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools in everyday software development
• Clear and direct communicator capable of constructively challenging product decisions
• Experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) is a plus
