Senior Fullstack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop and tailor Shopify-based frontend solutions utilizing JavaScript

• Create backend services using TypeScript within a serverless architecture on AWS

• Design and uphold APIs through AWS AppSync (GraphQL) and API Gateway (REST)

• Architect and oversee workflow orchestration employing AWS Step Functions

• Utilize AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and Infrastructure as Code via AWS CDK

• Collaborate closely with a product and engineering team based in the US

• Engage in architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical discussions

• Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, security, and platform scalability

• Construct a new platform from the ground up for a prominent US pre-school education foundation

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient hands-on experience with vanilla JavaScript and TypeScript

• Backend expertise with Node.js and the AWS serverless stack, including Lambda, AppSync/GraphQL, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and CDK

• Strong comprehension of REST and GraphQL APIs

• Proficient in English at a C1 level

• Availability for overlap with US Pacific Time working hours (10:00–14:00 PST)

• Capability to provide a no-criminal-record certificate
