Senior Fullstack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and improve APIs and services utilizing C# and .NET.

• Provide guidance and develop web applications using TypeScript and React.

• Create solutions for synchronous, asynchronous, and event-driven integrations.

• Plan the implementation of queues and topics, considering factors like ordering, idempotency, retries, dead-letter handling, concurrency, and delivery guarantees.

• Convert functional requirements into viable technical solutions.

• Make and document technical and architectural decisions.

• Establish standards for development, testing, observability, and security.

• Diagnose and resolve complex performance, integration, and production challenges.

• Support CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and develop deployment strategies.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior professionals.

• Collaborate effectively with architecture, product, UX, QA, security, and operations teams.

• Evaluate risks, dependencies, and impacts prior to implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in backend development using C# and .NET, including the creation and enhancement of APIs and services.

• Proficient in developing web applications with TypeScript and React.

• Strong understanding of synchronous, asynchronous, and event-driven integration architectures.

• Experience with messaging, queues, and topics, including considerations for ordering, idempotency, retries, dead-letter handling, concurrency, and delivery guarantees.

• Capability to convert functional and business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and easily maintainable technical solutions.

• Experience in making and documenting technical and architectural decisions.

• Familiarity with best practices and standards related to development, testing, observability, and security.

• Proven track record in investigating and resolving complex performance, integration, and production issues.

• Knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and deployment strategies.

• Experience in conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to junior professionals.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Architecture, Product, UX, QA, Security, and Operations teams.

• Skill in assessing technical risks, dependencies, and impacts before implementation.

• Preferred: experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure services like Event Grid, Event Hubs, and SignalR, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep or Terraform, DevSecOps practices, cloud solutions, and modernization of legacy systems.
