Senior Full-stack Software Engineer – Nest.js, Node.js, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a Scrum team of engineers on a new greenfield project.

• Create software applications and solutions based on specified business and system requirements.

• Gain an understanding of application operations, their structure, and customer usage.

• Take responsibility for delivery timelines and the quality of outcomes.

• Provide insights and estimates regarding the effort needed to build the desired functionalities.

• Design applications focusing on stability, scalability, and performance.

• Develop solutions for a global technology platform that supports scalable and configurable screening programs for risk management and talent acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in development utilizing JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Proficiency in creating responsive and sophisticated UI components that comply with WCAG standards using React.

• Ability to ensure applications are well-optimized for performance on mobile devices or under poor internet conditions.

• Extensive knowledge of Redux.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing microservices using NestJS and PostgreSQL.

• Application of clean code principles and design patterns.

• Familiarity with securing applications to meet the highest industry standards and defending against cyber threats.

• Adherence to OWASP guidelines.

• Strong experience in unit testing with Jest.

• Candidates must reside in the European Union.
