Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop, improve, and troubleshoot both front-end and back-end components within production applications.

• Construct user-facing functionalities along with supporting services, APIs, database architectures, and data models.

• Follow requests and data flows across various browsers, front-end applications, APIs, back-end services, databases, and third-party integrations.

• Explore unfamiliar repositories, comprehend application architecture, and pinpoint dependencies and implementation patterns.

• Identify and resolve issues related to application state, API contracts, authentication, data persistence, network communication, and deployment.

• Assess, modify, translate, and enhance software implementations across various programming languages.

• Review and verify both AI-generated and developer-written code for accuracy, efficiency, security, scalability, and maintainability.

• Create dependable solutions to complex engineering challenges and validate implementations against specified requirements.

• Complete a technical assessment if necessary and engage in the selection process.

• Fulfill and submit the required minimum number of tasks weekly.

• Initiate first tasks within 24–48 hours following selection and onboarding.

• Extensive professional experience in developing and maintaining production-grade full-stack applications.

• Strong practical expertise in both front-end and back-end software engineering.

• Professional experience working with various programming languages and adapting to different technology stacks.

• Comprehensive understanding of browser-based applications, APIs, application state management, databases, and service integrations.

• Experience in designing, understanding, and contributing to the complete architecture of software systems.

• Ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases and quickly grasp existing implementations.

• Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in reviewing code and assessing solutions for performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.

• Capability to work independently, manage complex technical tasks, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Required skills: Python, React, JavaScript, Java, Node.js, Rust, Golang, TypeScript.

• Availability to start immediately and begin initial tasks within 24–48 hours of selection and onboarding.
