This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create and sustain software features, proposing enhancements and refactoring as needed.
• Maintain constant availability through the company’s communication platforms.
• Actively engage in technical development by suggesting tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with team members, assist colleagues, and partake in alignment meetings.
• Utilize Azure DevOps and GitLab for version control and task management.
• Ensure high code quality through automated unit, integration, and mutation testing.
• Take part in code reviews and contribute to technical standards and best practices.
• Assess and mitigate risks in complex tasks.
• Facilitate the onboarding and professional development of less experienced team members.
• Extensive experience with Java 8+, Java EE, Spring Boot, Quarkus, and MicroProfile.
• Proficient in front-end development utilizing Flutter.
• Knowledgeable in EKS for developing and managing both development and production environments.
• Experience with asynchronous integrations via RabbitMQ and/or AWS SQS.
• Skilled in creating technical documentation using Markdown, Swagger/OpenAPI, the C4 Model, and UML.
• Familiar with relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of software architecture best practices like DDD, microservices, MVC, and Clean Architecture.
• Experienced in implementing unit tests with JUnit.
• Knowledge of Redis for caching and in-memory data storage.
• Proficient in Git, demonstrating sound version control practices using GitFlow.
• Familiar with AWS integrations for deploying and managing cloud services.
