Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performing full-stack applications utilizing ReactJS, Node.js, NestJS, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL

• Ensure the stability, reliability, and efficiency of applications and their underlying infrastructure

• Identify opportunities for enhancing performance, scalability, and availability

• Implement and oversee continuous monitoring and alerting solutions

• Collaborate closely with the development team to identify and address technical and performance bottlenecks

• Conduct root cause analyses of production incidents and errors, suggesting improvements to prevent future occurrences

• Develop and execute unit tests, enhancing code quality and reliability

• Utilize Git for version control and collaboration throughout the development lifecycle

• Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement of solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of substantial experience in full-stack development

• Proficient in ReactJS and Node.js/NestJS

• Strong expertise in MongoDB and PostgreSQL, including application development and optimization

• Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including principles such as SOLID and Clean Code

• Understanding of SaaS solutions and scalable platforms

• Knowledge of unit testing libraries, frameworks, and methodologies

• Experienced with Git and version control best practices

• Knowledgeable about monitoring, observability, and incident response tools

• Advanced or fluent English for daily communication

• Nice to have: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Nice to have: Familiarity with or experience in artificial intelligence-based tools and solutions

• Nice to have: Experience with event streaming and messaging platforms, particularly Apache Kafka
