Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, AI-Driven Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and create scalable Full Stack features for the AI biomanufacturing platform.

• Take full ownership of product functionality from architecture through to production deployment.

• Develop and sustain backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces.

• Collaborate with ML Scientists and Data Engineers to incorporate AI capabilities into the platform.

• Ensure engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, and thorough technical documentation.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the establishment of engineering best practices.

• Engage directly with pharma clients and domain experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Enhance platform reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Participate in the architecture, development, and deployment of mission-critical product features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional Full Stack software engineering experience.

• Strong expertise in Python or TypeScript for backend development.

• Experience in frontend development and familiarity with modern web technologies.

• Solid understanding of relational databases, API design, and distributed systems.

• Proven experience delivering production-grade software with a focus on scalability and reliability.

• Good grasp of software architecture and engineering best practices.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.

• Capability to take ownership from problem identification to solution delivery.
