Martech Lead – AI Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Operate Viktor's marketing operations

• Choose, integrate, and oversee marketing tools while developing custom solutions via Viktor

• Collaborate with leads from partnerships, paid, organic, brand, lifecycle, and product marketing to pinpoint and automate manual processes

• Manage the marketing stack, which includes Viktor, PostHog, Clay, Hex, and various advertising platforms

• Create documented applications, agents, and scheduled workflows on Viktor

• Ensure the integrity of connected data from marketing activities through signups, with Data Science responsible for attribution

• Provide a partner operating system that is utilized daily and properly documented for transition

• Outline marketing tools and automations along with their owners, costs, usage, and any redundancies

• Eliminate unnecessary tools or automations while demonstrating cost savings

• Develop tools for other teams and guarantee weekly engagement

• Prioritize future developments based on impact

• Report directly to the CMO, Kieran Flanagan

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience delivering AI-driven tools or agents used over extended periods, along with maintaining them when issues arise

• Minimum of 3 years managing a modern marketing stack in a fast-paced environment

• Understanding of pipeline generation and making buy-vs-build decisions

• Experience proactively developing projects as a founder, side project innovator, or early-stage startup employee

• Capability to determine when a script is preferable to an agent and when a cost-effective tool is better than creating a custom solution

• Skill in transforming vague requests from marketing leaders into tools utilized on a weekly basis

• No engineering degree is necessary

• Preferred: experience in building on Viktor or with agents, scheduled workflows, and MCP

• Preferred: practical experience with PostHog, Clay, Hex, a data warehouse, SQL, and APIs

• Preferred: background in a B2B SaaS or AI company, or experience in developing systems for partnerships or creator marketing
