Senior Full-stack QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the test strategy, planning, and release sign-off for the platform.

• Conduct testing of mobile media capture and upload in real-world device and network environments.

• Confirm the task lifecycle, quotas, submissions, review processes, segmentation, and isolation.

• Validate financial processes, compliance, consent, erasure, and audit workflows.

• Develop and maintain end-to-end and API automation in Continuous Integration (CI), including load testing.

• Test a data-collection platform that integrates a worker mobile application, back office, and backend services.

• Collaborate effectively with frontend engineers, two backend engineers, QA personnel, and a product manager.

• Analyze production issues and validate releases across distributed services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Quality Assurance.

• Intermediate proficiency in relevant programming languages.

• Experience in functional, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.

• Familiarity with testing TTL, expiry, reassignment, quotas, targeting, financial processes, privacy, consent, retention, and erasure.

• Experience in testing financial transactions, including accruals, balances, batch payouts, and reconciliation with third-party payout providers.

• Understanding of data privacy regulations, including consent management, data retention, and erasure protocols.

• Experience with testing integrations involving authentication, CRM systems, push notifications, payout partners, LLM providers, and cloud storage solutions like S3.

• Strong grasp of microservices, event-driven, and asynchronous architectures, including concepts like retries, timeouts, idempotency, duplicate events, and eventual consistency.

• Proficiency in REST/gRPC API testing and automation using Postman.

• Experience in automated testing with frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar tools.

• Skills in troubleshooting using logs, metrics, traces, databases, message queues, SQL/MySQL, Kafka, Grafana, Kibana, and CloudWatch.

• Ability to ensure consistency across Kotlin mobile applications, WebView, back office, backend APIs, and distributed services.

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Docker, AWS, distributed-service testing, test strategy development, release validation, and analysis of production issues.

• Experience in testing media capture and upload on mobile devices is a plus.

• Experience with testing ML/LLM-powered functionalities is also a plus.

• Proficiency in English is required for the interview process.
