Software QA Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Ensure the operational readiness and precision of software through manual testing.

• Develop effective test case scenarios.

• Document and relay test outcomes to the team and stakeholders.

• Offer technical support as needed.

• Collaborate on the preparation of bug reports.

• Conduct manual quality assurance testing.

• Support software applications throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in software testing.

• In-depth understanding of IT principles.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Experience in manual quality assurance testing.

• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Jira, and Postman.

• Experience with SaaS software is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Capability to provide technical support.

• Ability to produce clear testing documentation.

• Skills in prioritization and multitasking.

• A service-oriented approach.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
