Quality Assurance – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement detailed test plans, test cases, and testing procedures to ensure the quality of applications.

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and various team members to grasp requirements, functionalities, and anticipated use cases.

• Identify, document, log, and monitor bugs along with other quality-related issues.

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to validate applications.

• Take part in reviews of requirement specifications and project planning meetings.

• Establish and advocate for best practices in the QA process.

• Help define quality metrics and KPIs while ensuring that set targets are achieved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a QA Analyst or in a comparable role on medium to large-scale projects.

• Familiarity with QA tools and processes, including end-to-end testing and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

• Experience with test management and bug-tracking software.

• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles and Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proficient critical thinking and analytical skills to tackle complex challenges.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
