Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Product and Project Managers to ensure technical efforts are aligned with business objectives.

• Engage in architectural design and contribute to the establishment of development standards.

• Create new functionalities for the platform and improve existing features on both the backend and frontend.

• Monitor the platform's health, performance, and overall reliability.

• Execute hands-on full-stack development utilizing .NET/Core, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Investigate issues, explore potential solutions, and work together with the team to address complex challenges.

• Learn and implement new tools and technologies necessary for successful project outcomes.

• Analyze business use cases and technical specifications; design, build, and integrate functionalities for both internal and external applications.

• Maintain code quality through clean coding practices, thorough documentation, and compliance with established standards.

• Actively contribute to team development initiatives by assisting in building and understanding the system.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in software development (both backend and frontend).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

• Demonstrated experience as a senior software developer.

• Strong backend expertise in .NET Framework (4.x), .NET Core / .NET 6+, MVC, Web API, IIS, SQL Server (2012+), and CI/CD pipelines.

• 1–2+ years of experience in developing complex web applications using Angular or similar JavaScript frameworks.

• Capability to effectively collaborate with coding agents like Claude Code and ChatGPT for prompt design, agent configuration, code generation, debugging, testing, and workflow automation.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

• Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle.
