This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive features across our web applications, covering database, backend, and user interface layers.
• Assume full ownership of the features and services you create — from technical guidance through delivery, quality assurance, and production performance.
• Lead technical direction by assessing trade-offs, proposing solutions, and establishing scalable patterns and best practices.
• Collaborate across functions with product managers, business analysts, QA, and engineering teams — your internal stakeholders — to define requirements and deliver iterative updates.
• Advocate for and practice Agile development methodologies, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Engage in software releases, partner with QA to develop test plans, and assist with implementation strategies.
• Diagnose and resolve production challenges, conduct root cause analysis, and suggest long-term solutions.
• Provide level 3 production support for enterprise applications post-release.
• Mentor and uplift fellow engineers through code reviews, collaborative programming, and technical support.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of engineering standards, development processes, and system reliability.
• Assist in advancing our software development lifecycle — utilizing AI coding agents and AI-assisted workflows for efficient building, while fostering curiosity and enthusiasm for integrating AI-driven features into the platform.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing web applications.
• At least 5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience with modern web technologies.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing AWS or GCP infrastructure.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices and building automated solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional certifications).
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools, APIs, or AI-assisted development workflows.
• Proven involvement in system architecture, technical decision-making, or long-term platform strategy.
