Senior Full-stack Engineer – Payroll Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage full-stack functionalities encompassing the frontend, backend, database, and system architecture.

• Take ownership of feature delivery from design to production, making critical technical and architectural choices.

• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and remote team members to collect requirements and provide effective solutions.

• Create and implement integrations with payroll, billing, HR, and third-party enterprise systems.

• Address complex technical challenges by balancing scalability, performance, and business needs.

• Utilize AI-driven development tools to enhance coding efficiency, automation, and overall engineering productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks such as Svelte, React, Vue, or Angular, along with relational databases like PostgreSQL.

• Demonstrated experience in designing APIs, integrations, authentication, webhooks, and connections to enterprise systems.

• Strong SQL skills, including schema design, database optimization, migrations, and performance tuning.

• Proven ability to take ownership of features from requirements gathering to production, including architectural and technical decision-making.

• Experience in writing automated tests, debugging, and providing support for production applications in startup or small-team settings.

• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• Must currently reside in Latin America.
