Senior Full Stack Engineer – Node.js, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure systems while addressing privacy and compliance considerations.

• Independently define the scope and deliver solutions for highly complex projects within the team's domain.

• Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding and context.

• Mentor team members through code reviews, demonstrations, and architectural decisions.

• Oversee the entire feature delivery process from planning through to deployment and monitoring.

• Provide accurate work estimates and set achievable deadlines while managing scope trade-offs.

• Contribute to the vision for the team's products and systems while balancing technical debt against business objectives.

• Serve as a trusted technical leader, influencing design, processes, and roadmaps.

• Consider the impacts on other teams and proactively address interdependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in building web applications.

• Proficiency in React, Node.js, and TypeScript.

• Deep understanding of Node.js and TypeScript.

• Experience with Azure, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and React.

• Familiarity with CDK, DynamoDB, Lambda/Serverless, GitHub Actions, AppSync, and SQS/SNS is a plus.

• Strong product sensibility and a passion for addressing real-world user challenges.

• Comfortable taking ownership of full-stack features from design to deployment.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in cross-functional settings.

• Writes clean, maintainable code and prioritizes test coverage, security, and scalability.

• Enjoys collaborating with mission-driven teams.

• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
