Senior Full Stack Engineer – .Net, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Design and create enterprise-level, high-volume web and data application platforms along with cloud-based technical solutions utilizing AWS or GCP.

• Develop and maintain APIs and business logic utilizing C#, .NET, Docker, RabbitMQ, and associated technologies.

• Build and support web user interfaces with JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js and React.js.

• Engage in design discussions and solution architecture sessions with product management and software development teams.

• Address critical production issues and fulfill infrastructure requirements.

• Offer hands-on guidance and mentorship to both front-end and back-end developers.

• Coach, mentor, and support peer developers and QA engineers while collaborating with product managers, program managers, DevOps, and technical leaders.

• Assess, prototype, and choose software solutions to enhance technology infrastructure.

• Suggest improvements for product performance and scalability.

• Create unit tests and API integration tests to achieve maximum code coverage.

• Implement Test Driven Development practices and utilize software quality measurement tools.

• Encourage innovation and uphold engineering excellence.

• Take part in hiring processes and interview panels.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years within an Agile scrum team.

• 8+ years of experience with C#/.NET and related technologies.

• 5+ years of experience working with AWS and technologies such as EKS, SQS, ECS, and Redis Cache.

• 5+ years of experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL, in-memory key-value databases like Redis, and NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch and MongoDB.

• 5+ years of designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD processes using Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, and/or GitHub Actions.

• Familiarity with OOP, SOA, microservices, and design patterns.

• Experience in building RESTful APIs.

• Proficiency with various technology stacks and a quick ability to learn new technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with Linux systems and utilizing the Bash command line.

• Proficient in Git, npm, and Docker.

• Good understanding of AJAX, JSON, HTML, and CSS.

• Legal authorization to work in the country of residence, with necessary documentation required.
