Senior Full Stack Engineer, .Net, Azure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance backend services using .NET 10 for a SaaS platform in production.

• Create and implement cloud-native applications on the Azure platform.

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery in Azure DevOps, covering CI/CD pipelines, testing, and release management.

• Construct and maintain internal product tools utilizing PowerShell.

• Oversee infrastructure as code management with Terraform or similar technologies.

• Promote production readiness focusing on security, observability, reliability, and performance.

• Maintain high code quality and testing standards within the team.

• Engage in the L3 on-call rotation for the long term, including incident triage and root-cause analysis.

• As needed, contribute to front-end features using React and TypeScript, with a primary focus on backend tasks.

• Join a product team of 5 engineers as an individual contributor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of software engineering experience, primarily in backend development with .NET.

• Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar.

• Hands-on experience in building and managing applications on a public cloud platform, preferably Azure, including compute, managed databases, storage, and networking services.

• General experience with Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.

• Strong understanding of containerized applications.

• Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, with a preference for Azure DevOps.

• Excellent debugging and production troubleshooting abilities.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes/AKS is desirable.

• Effective communicator; self-motivated with a focus on ownership and achieving results.

• Basic knowledge of React and TypeScript.

• Practical experience with the Grafana LGTM observability stack.

• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, utilizing technologies such as Anthropic Claude Code or OpenAI Codex.

• Knowledge of Linux and the Bash terminal.

• Experience in managing high-availability production SaaS environments.
