Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Multiple Openings

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional features across the entire stack or concentrate on specific front-end/back-end domains.

• Make autonomous technical choices while considering architectural implications.

• Produce clean, thoroughly vetted code.

• Assist in guiding migrations and modernization efforts, such as transitioning C# services to .NET 8, enhancing Azure SQL performance, and transforming legacy UI modules into scalable React components.

• Recognize and highlight technical debt.

• Draft technical proposals for complex tasks.

• Advocate for high-quality standards.

• Perform constructive code reviews.

• Collaborate with mid-level engineers.

• Actively remove obstacles for colleagues and promote best practices.

• Work alongside PMs, Designers, and Marketing to influence project development.

• Strategically leverage and critically assess AI tools to expedite delivery without sacrificing quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive, hands-on software development experience.

• Strong expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem, OR strong expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience in web accessibility/WCAG for candidates focused on front-end.

• Broad adaptability to work across the full stack and adjust according to team priorities.

• Familiarity with relational databases, preferably SQL Server / Azure SQL.

• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive PR reviews, mentor mid-level engineers, and operate within Agile/SDLC frameworks.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• An existing and appropriate remote workstation setup.
