Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Laravel, Vue.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and enhancement of outstanding frontend and backend applications.

• Participate in architecture design, specification evaluations, testing, implementation, code reviews, debugging, and documentation.

• Utilize modern AI tools and workflows to speed up development, prototyping, and problem resolution.

• Take ownership of intricate technical challenges and projects independently while collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Design teams.

• Approach development with a focus on product quality and user experience.

• Conduct software testing using PHPUnit, unit testing, and end-to-end testing methodologies.

• Implement essential features across customer experiences.

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues promptly and accurately.

• Report directly to the Engineering Manager and contribute to the growth of the Relocity Platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

• At least 4 years of experience as a Laravel/PHP Developer.

• Over 3 years of full-stack development experience with the Laravel 11.x+ framework and Vue.js 3.x (or other JavaScript frameworks, such as Angular or React).

• Experience with ML/AI is preferred; proficiency in using AI-driven development tools and workflows is highly valued.

• Solid understanding of essential software engineering principles, architecture, object-oriented programming, and database design and optimization.

• Proficient in REST API development.

• Familiarity with database technologies like MySQL.

• Practical experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines in a collaborative engineering setting.

• Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to independently manage complex tasks from identification to resolution.

• A collaborative, product-focused mindset with a keen interest in understanding user requirements and business objectives.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Previous experience in a startup or dynamic, highly collaborative environment is preferred.

• Prior remote work experience is preferred.
