This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive product features for a context-aware AI agent ecosystem.

• Create robust REST/GraphQL APIs, high-performance PostgreSQL data models, and resilient systems for asynchronous background job processing.

• Develop responsive and user-friendly React front-end interfaces that are integrated with TypeScript backend services.

• Execute, assess, and enhance LLM agent workflows, which include prompt engineering, tool integration, retrieval architectures, and runtime execution.

• Ensure production reliability, observability, strict adherence to data privacy protocols, and adept handling of edge cases in complex, non-deterministic user flows.

• Collaborate with U.S. companies and diverse teams on innovative technology projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive professional experience with modern TypeScript, React, REST/GraphQL APIs, and relational database design (PostgreSQL).

• Proven ability to construct asynchronous background jobs and manage distributed queues.

• Experience with debugging production-level systems.

• Practical expertise or significant technical fluency in LLM/agent runtime architectures, tool invocation, prompt engineering, and retrieval systems (RAG).

• Demonstrated success in transforming unclear product requirements and user behaviors into refined systems design and polished end-user interfaces.

• Strong dedication to system correctness, data security and privacy measures, system observability, and edge-case management.

• Experience in fast-paced startup environments, familiarity with LLM evaluations/fine-tuning, or previous work on multi-channel conversational tools, persistent memory, or agentic workflow platforms is a plus.
