📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive product features for an AI agent ecosystem that is context-aware.

• Create robust REST/GraphQL APIs, efficient PostgreSQL data models, and dependable asynchronous background job processing systems.

• Develop responsive and user-friendly React frontend interfaces that integrate seamlessly with TypeScript backend services.

• Execute, assess, and enhance workflows for LLM agents, which include prompt engineering, tool integration, retrieval architectures, and runtime execution.

• Ensure production reliability, observability, stringent data privacy standards, and adept handling of edge cases within complex, non-deterministic user flows.

• Partner with U.S. companies and diverse global teams on innovative technology initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive professional experience with modern TypeScript, React, REST/GraphQL APIs, and relational database design utilizing PostgreSQL.

• Proven expertise in developing asynchronous background jobs and managing distributed queues.

• Experience in system debugging at a production level.

• Practical experience or significant technical knowledge in LLM/agent runtime architectures, tool invocation, prompt engineering, and retrieval systems (RAG).

• A strong history of translating vague product requirements and user interactions into well-structured systems design and refined end-user interfaces.

• A solid commitment to system accuracy, data security and privacy, system observability, and handling edge cases effectively.

• Nice to have: experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Nice to have: familiarity with LLM evaluations and fine-tuning.

• Nice to have: previous work on multi-channel conversational tools, persistent memory, or agentic workflow platforms.
