Senior Full Stack Engineer – Enterprise AI, Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Architect and deliver comprehensive product features for a context-aware AI agent ecosystem.

• Design robust REST/GraphQL APIs for seamless integration.

• Create efficient PostgreSQL data models.

• Develop resilient asynchronous background job processing systems.

• Construct responsive and intuitive React frontend user interfaces that integrate with TypeScript backend services.

• Implement, assess, and enhance LLM agent workflows.

• Utilize prompt engineering, tool integration, retrieval architectures, and runtime execution.

• Ensure production reliability and observability of systems.

• Uphold stringent data privacy standards.

• Address edge cases within complex, non-deterministic user flows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong professional experience with modern TypeScript, React, REST/GraphQL APIs, and relational database design (PostgreSQL).

• Proven expertise in building asynchronous background jobs and managing distributed queues.

• Experience with debugging production-level systems.

• Hands-on experience or deep technical knowledge in LLM/agent runtime architectures, tool calling, prompt engineering, and retrieval systems (RAG).

• A track record of transforming ambiguous product requirements and user behaviors into clean system designs and polished end-user interfaces.

• Strong commitment to system correctness, data security/privacy standards, system observability, and edge-case management.

• Nice to have: experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Nice to have: familiarity with LLM evaluations/fine-tuning.

• Nice to have: prior experience with multi-channel conversational tools, persistent memory, or agentic workflow platforms.
